What happens at my first session?

Before your first session we'll send you all the details — location, which court to go to, and who your coach is.
We especially recommend joining a group session to start. You'll train with players at a similar level, which makes it easy to find hitting partners and get coach recommendations on how to progress.
02 Pricing & packs
No subscriptions. Pay as you go, or buy a 5- or 10-pack to lower the per-session price. Everything below is the full retail price — there are no add-ons at the court.

Can I get a refund on unused credit?

Credit in your player account does not expire. If you are unable to attend a session, cancel in the online system and you will receive credit back according to the cancellation policy.
We cannot process refunds in cash for system and administrative reasons.

Can I buy a racket through TnB?

Yes. We offer rackets for purchase that you can test during training sessions before you commit to buying. Ask your coach for current availability.

Do I need a racket?

No — we lend rackets free of charge for up to 3 sessions. Please let us know by WhatsApp or SMS at least 1 day in advance if you need to borrow one.
After that, you can purchase a racket through us — ask your coach for current availability.
04 Bookings & cancellations
How to book, how to cancel, and what happens if a session is full or cancelled by us.

What is the cancellation policy?

We use the Flexi System:
- Cancel 7 or more days before the session: Full training cost credited back to your account.
- Short-notice cancellation (less than 7 days): €4 credited back as a goodwill gesture.
The venue fee is not refunded in either case.
After cancelling, please book yourself into a new session directly — this keeps your spot reserved and helps us with planning.

Can I book into sessions spontaneously?

Yes — you can see all available sessions in the online system and book yourself in at any time. There is no fixed weekly obligation.
Please always book in advance via the online system so the coach knows the group size and the spot is properly reserved for you.

What if a session is cancelled due to weather or the court being unplayable?

If a session is cancelled (e.g. due to rain or an unplayable court), we will inform you by WhatsApp or SMS as early as possible.
Your credit for that session will be returned to your account. Please sign up for a new session directly using that credit.
For outdoor sessions in uncertain weather: the coach or organiser decides at start time based on conditions. If no cancellation message has been sent, the session is on. You will always receive a cancellation notice at least 60 minutes in advance.

How do I get in touch?

The best way to reach us is via WhatsApp — your head coach handles all questions about sessions, bookings, planning and payments.
Each player has their own WhatsApp group for individual support. Use it for questions, schedule changes, and anything else training-related.

How do I set my available times?

Log in to tennisnbeach.com and enter your generally available times under Settings. This helps us plan sessions and match you with suitable groups.
